Chili's Center tank will be here SOON and we need help to move it

The tank will be here on Wednesday afternoon, June 13. Anyone and everyone who wishes to help with the moving and set-up of the tank and some of the peripherals please let me know ASAP.
here is the email I received:


The fish tank has been scheduled to arrive to the site on Wednesday afternoon, June 13 07.

A kick off meeting with the vendor for the installation of the fish tank has also been planned for next Wednesday afternoon.



The following people are required to attend this kick off meeting:



- Skanska superintendents, project manager.

- Electrical contractor

- Mechanical, plumbing contractors

- Barrett Shumaker

- Doug Tran



The vendor will drive his truck / trailer to transport the tank & related equipments. He will let me know the approx time of his arrival.

As discussed, we need Skanska assistance to move the tank into the first floor.

Will do. I'm taking the day off to make sure that I'm ready at a moments notice. I'm not sure if the meeting is going to be a big group thing or if its more about the legal details. Definately we'll need the help with moving and placing the tank and equipment.

I can help too . I can come anytime Wednesday , just let me know what time. I got my parking pass and ID so I am now able to come when needed.

The delivery date was pushed back. Its tenatively set for June 26th.

anyone been to haibachi? at quince and kirby? (i think it's kirby) they have a nice tank behind the bar. a long and tall 3 side view deal.

A 950G acrylic tank will be installed in the new Chili's Center which is part of St Jude's. Not sure if you can get Baby Back Ribs there.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE:

- June 26 07: Scott delivers all tanks, meet with the MEP subcontractors, confirms with the subcontractors of all the required materials & connections / hook up’s. The subcontractors shall plan to get the materials & complete their portion of installation by July 13 07.

- July 13 07: Scott will do the final installation. The system will have 30 days to run prior to the targeted opening date of Aug 13 07.

Anyone and everyone interested in helping with the instilation please feel free to come. You do NOT have to be a Volunteer to participate!
Please let me know if you will be coming so I will know if we'll need to hire help to move the tank in.

I will be able to be there the 26th for sure and most likely the 13th as well . My offer to be the camera person still applies as well as helping with moving in the smaller stuff. My digital camera does a fine job but if you have access to a really great one it may be a good idea to bring it . I know other members that can not be there will enjoy seeing the pictures.

As it now stands, Scott will be leaving with the tank in the next few hours. It should be here at about 2PM tomorrow. If anyone can make it for this please let me know ASAP.

Anyone who's planning on coming needs to let me know so I can arrange a meeting place and get with security so they will know that you're coming. All I need to tell them is that club members will be arriving to move stuff for the aquarium, but I would like to know how many will be here. I'm more than likely going to arrange to have some help from maintenance and design and construction to help move things.
