Chipped corner

If it makes you feel better, my 180 had a chip, on the inside edge where the silicon meets glass... tank and I were ok for three years until I saw it; then I went hyper :)

nothing ever happened; the guy who bought the tank when I upgraded had no issues for another 2-3 years.

for peace of mind - the corner is usually the strongest as each glass has two supports; get that cube and slap it in. visit your local glass shop get a scrap peice of 3/4" glass and life is good. use a tile saw to cut it to shape or bury it under sand
