choati leopard wrasses on the way ?

just wondering what went on thursday as far as my fish "mishap" .did they get sold out from under my feet or did they die or what ? called numerous times and confirmed then got a call saying there are none left ! when i called there were six 6 i ordered four 4 no problem then i went through a day of gathering to get prepared and finally the call , nope they are gone ! what kind of deal is that ? been looking for quite a few years and now finally the carpet is pulled out from under my feet! oh well i guess maybe you will be able to have an answer as to how this happened so i will be sensiable about it and just shrug it off ! thanks guys you rock ! Our live goods warehouse is remote, so we do not know exactly why they were not shipped. The wrasses may have been sold before your order was processed, or they may not have been healthy when the pickers went to pick them. If we get any more in this week we will ship them to you, otherwise your order will be canceled and any money paid refunded to you.

hey steve i will most definatly need to have a heads up if they are coming so you will need to call me so i can be at my business that day ! i am interested in getting them for sure but i am somewhat concerned about your Quarenteen process , do you send them right out or do you QT them ? i have been informed by your employees that they are in QT for two weeks so how does this work ? i will call on tuesday and check with you about this .thankyou for your response Dave

We will definitely let you know if we can possibly ship the Choati wrasses this week. Everything is carefully acclimated and quarantined. How long depends on the fish and the condition they are in.
