I have a 120 what fish can it be keep whit going to stock a round Chocolate Chip Sea Star thanks

Some Butterfly Fish, Frogfish would be cool, Snowflake, Zebra, Or Skeletor Eel would likely work, Dwarf Angel(1), Tang(1 or 2), Clowns...

I wouldn't keep any super sedentary fish with a CC star (or any knobby star)...they're one of the more predatory stars, and just might decide fish is on the menu.

A SFE/skeletor might decide to eat the star, and I don't recommend keeping an angler in anything but a species setup, as they can eat fish up to twice as large as themselves (which generally kills them) and they're often picked at by other fish.

Stick with "swimmers" if you want to keep a CC star.
