Ciprofloxacin Antibiotic Treatment H. Magnifica Log

Well I guess that was all the calm before the storm Walked Past the hospital tank notice the Mag Blowing out smoke once the smoke cleared looked like this.

Not really sure what to think its still mostly inflated but you can see some of his guts through its oral disc. Just going to leave him be and see what happens I guess. Odd thing is he looked the best he has today. Could possibly be splitting? Probably just kicking the bucket though sadly :/

New Tank And Happy!

New Tank And Happy!

Last night I decided to move the Mag here is a picture right after moving him.

Woke up this morning and was shocked to see the mag in the same spot I left him.

Mouth is a tiny bit puffed but think its just from the stress of moving. Going to try and feed him this weekend. Now that he's in a real tank I will try to feed him fairly often as he's still bleached pretty bad.

Only time will tell at this point! Hopeful he will make it!:bounce3:

T5 HO only 2 bulbs on in this picture the other 6 come on in stages. Both pictures were at the very end and very beginning of light cycle.

Ahh ok... It looked different than in your HT/QT tank. I was worried at first but you answered that question.

8 T5 HO 54w bulbs should be fine for the Mag lights are only 5 6" max from the water. Its attached to the rock was on in the hospital tank. Which is on top of the highest rock in the tank. Should be set for lighting if seems to need more light ill put him in the 30 gal nano that has a 250W MH or break out the MH for the tank he's in.

The Mag was under a 250W MH in the hospital tank but it was a good 18" 20" from the top on the tank. Think might be better no to totally blast him just yet with super powerful lighting.

Still doing really well haven't taken and updated picture in a few days will try to tonight. I've been busy with my latest Mag.

Heres some updated pictures. It's rather hard to get the camera to show his real color. In person he's rather yellow/green.

Came home today to see the mag had moved. I'm not really sure why all the water levels are good. Maybe the lights to much for him? Just going to leave him be and hope for the best.
