clam info

i'm looking into getting a new clam from clamsdirect and i'm needing some info on the different types of clams. if someone could point me to a site or just tell me about the max size, placement, ect. of each type of clam (ie crocea, gigas, maxima, hippopus, squamosa, derasa..) thanks for your help

FYI
i understand that clams under 3 inches need fed phyto...
and i have the correct lighting...
