Clam Pics

Would yall be worried ny the site of a bristle worm?? I just saw some small ones and I am scared I don't have any clams yet and I am worried about adding them??

Its not real colorful, but its an honest 16+ inches and just about as wide. The Squammie in the lower rt corner is 6" just to give some perspective

Reef that Gigas is huge!

Ram most bristleworms that you see in your substrate and rock will not harm a clam. They are often blamed because if a clam is on the way out they head in and start cleaning up. That is why they are good. If they are going in then the clam would not have made it.
 
we have a LFS here in Sacramento that has a 2-3 foot clam I did not know anything about clams when I saw it but I have not seen anything like it.

I don't think there's clam aquaculture here in Australia anymore. It was banned a long while ago. There was a huge project to save the clams, which involved mass relocation via boats on the GBR.
