Clarkii pairing and breeding??

I have 2 clarkii clowns..one is a inch and a half..the other is 2 and a half inches or so...I've had the smaller one 2 weeks..the biggest I purchased 2 days ago..how can I tell there age..and if the smaller was a female or neutral, how long will it take for it to become a male?
And how old or large do they have to be too spawn...thanks

There is no way to tell by size. The only way to know is if there tank bred and the store knows.
