clean up crew for a mantis nano?

what would be an appropriate clean up crew for a 6 gal nano with a G. smithii ?

right now I have a large turbo snail that Motoko seems to leave alone and it does an ok job of grazing even though it knocks stuff over. Also, from frags introduced from my main tank, I notice some asterina starfish that are good glass grazers.

any other suggestions?

small hermits and snails just become snacks for Motoko.

I do not encourage large hermits because their claws can do real damage. thick shelled snails like your turbo will be fine. You might also consider a brittle star which are usually left alone (just dont get a green one).

In my 8gal G. smithii reef, my CUC consists of me and a single turbo. My method of reefing is a minimum CUC... keeps me on my toes.

Thanks for reply.

yeah, its only me and the turbo thus far, ie weekly water changes, siphon LR, scrape glass, etc

I may soon upgrade Motoko's playground to a 10gal and add a hang-on rio protein skimmer and better pc lighting for zoa frags.
