Ive had my skunk cleaner shrimp for about a month now. Hes already molted, and seems to be doing good. He eats out of hand, i give him a flake or two every couple days. The only thing im worried is he has taken up residence on top of my powerhead. Should I worry about him, he seems like he likes it, I just dont want him to get caught in it.

He should be fine. Mine did this too. My new flame hawk fish also sits on top of the powerhead. From my experience, minus btas, if something gets sucked into a powerhead, it was already on its way out

With a hawk fish in your tank, I'd say your shrimp's days are numbered. I messed up and got a falco once, and he made quick work of my shrimp.

He'll be fine . But if you do want him to move, just move the powerhead. That seems to be my shrimp back on the rocks.
