Cleaner Wrasse with Cloudy Eye

Wrasse has been through several prazipro treatments, a course of Nitrofuracin Green, TTM, and a formalin dip. Made it two days into BiFuran+ but did not take it well and stopped that treatment.

His eye has been cloudy for a few months, but just started to get a little swollen the past few weeks. Planning on doing another formalin dip this weekend. What other courses of action can I take? He is otherwise acting well and eating normally.

I wouldn't formalin dip with a swollen eye. Try dosing epsom salt at 1 tablespoon per 5g for several days in a row and see if that helps the swelling
