Clear-ish Slime in Sump

I have a clear looking slime covering the sides and baffles in my acrylic sump. If I wipe it off with my finger, it comes off and floats around in the water. It is clear or white in color. No clue what is causing it.

Tank Params are:

PH: 8.0
Alk: 8.0
Cal: 480
Mg: 1400
Nitrate: 0
P04: 0-ish (API test says 0)

Sp. Grav 1.025 (per refractometer)

DT, corals and fish all look great.

Do you dose anything? I tried Vitamin C once and it caused slime like that.

Probably something that is contained in a supplement or food.

I dose 20ml daily (10 morning and night) of a vodka/vinegar/dextrose mix. I am thinking bacteria as well just looking for second opinion.
