Closed/Dead Coral

I've been having a problem with adding coral to my tank. Until around a 2 months ago things were growing great, then almost as if my tank crashed all my coral died. My fish are still healthy and not hiding. I accordingly checked the water quality to make sure all levels were correct and everything seemed normal. I waited 2-3 weeks before trying to get an anemone to start rebuilding. When dripping acclimating the anemone opened right up and looked very healthy, but as soon as it touched the top of the water in the actual tank it closed right up, and hid in the rocks. The next day I came out and it was face down in the front of my tank dead. My levels are:
Size: 65 gallon with 16X8X12 inch wet/dry sump
Temp: 78.2
pH: 7.9
Ammonia: 0
Salinity: 1.025
Calcium: 400
Any other levels I can recheck to get exact numbers or get a better test.

As far as water flow goes I have a newly installed Maxspect XF-130 (post tank "crash") running at 60% as well as the return pump from my sump. In the sump I have a Coralife 65gal Protein skimmer, Coralife 9w UV sterilizer, and filter medias (Bio balls, carbon bags, phosphate remover pad, polyfiber pad, and polishing pad). If anyone could help me that would be very appreciated. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions that would help me figure out what is going on in my tank.

what about nitrate and phosphate levels . As well as checking for Voltage in the tank this is something often overlooked. . I know i had this issue and it was a wave pump. But luckily i have my tank water Grounded in 3 places so i did not kill anything..
Also what brand of salt are you using.. I Have seen some cheaper like instant ocean cause drastic changes because of a bad batch..

Currently im using Instant Ocean regular salt. I did switch buckets after the crash, because one of my "mentors" suggested it. Previously I was using Instant Oceans Reef Salt. I just did the test for nitrate and phosphate and both are sub .2. Ive heard mixed reviews on where to level them. As soon as I can get my hands on a voltage meter I will check for that. Its a matter of getting my hands on one.

And yes my fish are behaving normally. I havent found any other chemicals in my tank of recent. I had some iron in November but has not came up recently.
