Closed Loop (Plumbing)Help

Hi everyone, I am getting to the plumbing portion of my DIY Plywood tank. It is a 200 Gal. Below is a sketch of the plumbing, can you all look it over and add any input or corrections. I have several pumps, the 2 big ones are a Reefflo Dart (3600 GPD) and a Rio Hyperflow 32HF (1920 GPD). Which pump should go where (Closed loop or Filter)? Also in the pic you can see that there is a 75Gal, that is going in the office/fishroom which is the backside of the 200gal. Do you agree with my fitting locations?

Any help would be great,

Thank you,

Leon

I would go with the Reefflow on the closed loop and the Rio as your filter pump, depending on how many GPH your overflow/ overflows can handle.

IMO I would not tie the two display tanks together. If you have a problem with one tank then you are going to have that same problem in the other tank.

Dubbin you have a point, I was looking to get the benifits of more water volume to the 75 gal which will more than likely become a frag tank.

What do you all think 1.5 or 2" overflows?
