closest place to Orlando to snorkel & gather

What is the closest place to snorkel and gather items for my tank? I do not dive, just snorkel.

palm beach is closest to gather stuff. I moved here from orlando. That is all you got. There are some great places around here though. good luck.

there are places over near titusville (ask skinnyjoe) and Sebastian inlet at and around the tidepool.

titusville you can get pods, some mangrove seedlings, and some sand conch's that are not reef safe. was told that seahorse are out in the port but not collectable. sebastain you can get cucumbers, some small gobies. (not colorful) anemoes, (some have color but hard to find) urchins but not collectable. some hermits and snails. there are some people that go down south like venom and there is a bridge in fort pierce i think that has some good stuff. go to the orca site and check out the diving section and they can steer you in the correct direction if you want to snorkel or dive. www.o-r-c-a.com
