cloudiness on fin bacteria or cryp

My undulate has a cloudy fin. It is a spot about the size of a pea(not a bump). This has appeared within a 24hour period. The fish has been doing quite a bit of scratching and a wierd aggressive behavior at the sides of the tank. It almost appears that he is trying to attack a reflection. It could also be caused from his itchiness?

How long have you had the fish? Do you quarantine? Scratching probably = parasites. A secondary bacterial infection often comes with it. Violent scratching and rapid breathing (like a dog panting) may mean amlyoodinium. I might treat with hyposalinity first and switch to copper if the isn't getting better in a week.
