any1 know what is the cause of this and what treatment is avail???

I have never had this happen to me but my grandfather had a trigger that got cloudy eyes and it started to run into things and damage itself. When he asked the LFS where he purchased the fish they said it could be 1 of 2 thing:

1. Infection do to damage or injury that can be cured by an antibiotic.
or
2. Internal parasites, such as protozoa or flukes. (I have no idea what the cure for this is but, I'm sure someone else here might)

Cloudy eyes is a sure thing of flukes... You should use Paprizio and it takes care of it!

thanks i thought it might have been flukes so i used it asap

but used tablet form
also gave it a fresh water bath but nothing came off

well i can do nothing but wait now to see if she pulls through
