Cloudy water

What would cause my tank to cloud through out the day when the lights are on? It looks good when I turn the lights on but after a couple of hours you can see the water starting to cloud. Help please I have some beautiful fish I would like to see

How long have you had your system running? What's your water prams?

The tank has been running for 10months. I checked the water a couple hours ago and salt 1.026
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
pH 8.4
Phosphate 2.0
Ammonia 0
Temp 75.4F
