Clove polyps stinging/irritating anemone?

About 6 weeks ago we got an anemone hitchhiker that appears to be a bubble-tip(?) although the tips aren't always very inflated. It went “walkabout” for a couple of days and then settled next to some clove polyps. The edge next to the polyps always seems to be retracted and maybe a little white as if it is getting stung (or maybe just irritated?). Can “clove polyps” sting an anemone? Would the anemone “move out” if it was really unhappy? It readily accepts food and has been stationary for the last 5 weeks...

It's typically about 2 inches in diameter... a bit bigger than when we first got it. Majano? Just looked that up... maybe we shouldn't have fed it eh? :rolleye1: Most of the photos I'm looking at seem to have a much longer foot than ours... but the majano does have the inflated tips... Ours has much pinker tips than the pic shows, but color may not be determinant. You may be right. No wonder it's such an "easy keeper"!
Thanks,
Greg

I assume the "pest" designation is because of rapid reproduction and a tendency to sting neighbors? Neither of those have happend thus far, but we'll definitely have to keep an eye on it and zap it at the first sign of trouble. Thanks for the heads up!
