Hey all. Quick question about one of my clowns....she's a yellow stripe maroon. I've had her for 3 years and shes been hosting my euphylia from the day I put it in. Recently she started leaving the torch and that general area in the tank and swimming down to the sandbed where she'll shimmy around and kick up some substrate with her tail and then quickly heads back to the coral. Any ideas of what shes doing? Is she just spazing or does this mean anything?

My perc's do this all the time. However i still don't know why. It's possible she doen't like the way the sand looks, so she's trying to rearrange things. Clowns do move things around on occasion.

My yellow stripe maroon does the same thing on occasion, but it's still a juvenile and not hosting in anything. He's taken to shimmying right on top of my fire fish, too! Luckily the other fish doesn't seem to be too bothered by it. :)
