clown and anemone

I just got a new BTA and a tomatoe clown on sunday and was wondering how long it would take before the clown will host in the anemone. Is there anyway to try and make it happen or just let nature take its course?

try manually feeding just the anemone and not the fish for a day ... gets the clown looking around and at the anemone. heard of good results with this. other than that it is just a matter of time.

I came home form work today and saw that the clown is hosting in the anemone. I have a question, the anemone has deflated, is that normal?

may be expelling waste, adjusting to the water parameters(new to the tank), or just from the hosting..should be fine..is the mouth gaping or is it just deflated??

well I guess its gaping, you can see the mouth its not wide open but its not completely closed. the tentacles are all deflated.

if the mouth is open you might be fine, if it looks like the mouth is inside out you are probably in trouble. youll know soon enough, if it wont attatch or eat and eventually dies.

Just wanted to update. I came home from work today and all seems well. The anemone is inflated and seems happy. I feed him some mysis and he ate them. Thanks all for your help
