I was wondering if the midnight and snowflake clowns are ocellaris or percula?
Also what carpets will a snowflake and a midnight host?
Thanks!

Not sure about the midnight but the snowflake is Ocellaris, an there's nothing specifically a clown wil host...it all depends on the personality of the clown am it differs from fish to fish, I've seen clownfish host a corner of a tank or a hole in a piece of live rock

I think this needs some clarification. There are specific anemones that serve as natural hosts for ocellaris (Heteractis magnifica, Stichodactyla gigantea, and Stichodactyla mertensii). If these anemones are present, IME the clowns will go to them 99% of the time, even if tank bred.

If you're referring to the Ora midnight clown, then it's an ocellaris (they start out orange, turn brown, then black).
