Clown bit me

yep. thats home.....here in colorado we have the make my day law. I iimagine its about the same in an anemone.

Clowns are possessive! My clown would attack the living daylights out of my hand whenever I was in there. Without even a nem in the tank!

My female clown bit me when I was cleaning near her nem.... I didn't realize how hard they bite but when I pulled my hand out when I was done cleaning I had blood dripping down my fingers

BTW they work in pairs :D
Lysmata amboinensis land on your hand to get your attention.
And than sneaky clown bite u when u did not expect that.
That is how new frags are born :D

My clowns could care less during the day, but after the lights go out they both will nail you when trying to spot feed some corals.

Its funny cuz its the other way around for me my male is the one who bites. Me and his not affaid of me. At all. I chase him away and turns right around and chases me. Its kinda funny

I had a perc pair and the female was fairly large and aggressive- even without a nem if my hand ever went anywhere near the surface of the water she'd bite me. Very protective of their whole 40B
