Clown fish not doing good

I have a 110 gal tank that has been set up now for 2 years before that I had a 65 gal set up. I have had a mated pair of Ocellaris now for 3 years. My schedule is very routine 20% water change once a month etc, etc.. My system water parameters are perfect. The only change lately was an addition of a 1" maroon clown. It was added because I have had a RBTA for 2 years now and my Ocellaris have never hosted it they host in a Zo patch in my tank. Now the question my female looks ready to die, she is very lethargic and has stopped eating for the past 2 days, she has no signs of any parasites like ich no respiratory problems breathing is normal no swelling or redness nothing that would indicate she is sick. she just lays on the sand and does nothing else. I don't think she will make it through the night I just cant figure out what it could be. all other fish are behaving normal it is just her. any help or ideas would be great.

Define "lately".

It could be the "change." Marroons are notoriously nasty to their tankmates. If not that, it could be disease that you can not identify. Or even the end of a natural lifespan.
I hope I'm wrong on all accounts and it's just something she ate or something silly like that.

MY clown is just fine now. Acting normal as all bullying everyone like normal and eating all the food before anyone else gets a chance. I guess it was a tummy ache.
