Clown Food

Just wondering what everyone is feeding their clowns. I have been using Rod's Reef and may be considering a change?

I've been using Rod's as a primary food source as well, primary because I bought a pair of Rod's Onyx clowns. I looked at the ingredients and it seems like something I'd create myself if I were to create a "blender-food" -- in other words -- a hodgepodge of ingredients that could feed the entire tank, not just the clowns. I'm also feeding mysis and plankton soaked in Selcon.

Cyclopeeze & PE Mysis soaked in selecon & garlic at night.

I have Rods in the freezer and used to feed it constantly. I kinda switch things up every now and again.

I'm itching to try this but none of my LFS have it and I'm not ready for another online bulk food order yet. I'll bet they tear it up dont they?

mine like the OVA, too much...now i only mix it in with all the other food i give...Cyclopeze, mysis etc. if you feed it to them exclisive, they may go on strike with everythign else.
