Clown getting pale, weak, not eating

I have a false percula in a 72 gallon for 5 months. This morning, I noticed that he is getting pale around his face and would not eat. I tried pellets, flakes, and frozen brine. When I left this morning, he just did not look good. No injures, or signs of disease.

The parameters look normal.

Any suggestions?

is he wildcaught? he may have a parasite that is causing him to waste away.
