Clown has a fat lip

I have a clown that has had this issue for a couple week. Thought it was just an abbrasion or similar but is just got signifigantly bigger over the lat couple days.
I have 2 firefish, a seaweed blenny and a large CUC that are showing no symptons.
FWIW, no gasping or erratic behavior, just a big 'ol fat white lip.


Need some help ASAP...
