Clown not eating

I've got two false perculas (which I got at the same time about 2 weeks ago). They started off looking identical, but one is getting much bigger, brighter, and more active. The other is still small, not eating (which started happening two days ago), and seems sluggish. He doesn't appear to have any kind of sores or external parasites. Any ideas?

They are becoming a pair, The one that is getting bigger and righter is the female. Females are the dominent pair.
