clown tang

i have a small clown tang in my 120 and he seems to be trying to itch hes left gill a lot lately also he'll twitch hes head as if to loosen what ever it may be..could this be flukes? any suggestions?

Sounds like flukes is likely cause. Have you tried a FW dip? If it's flukes that should take care of it.

its a full blown reef so catching him will most likely not happen
