Clownfish - After PraziPro treatment ?

Is it normal for clownfish to have white stringy poo after doing two rounds (doses) of PraziPro to get rid of flukes?

They didn't start having this issue until yesterday after I did another water change to clean things up after finishing the second round of PraziPro.

Any ideas?

Edit: I have only been feeding them New Life Spectrum pellets this week (I usually alternate between pellets and mysis). Could that be causing the stringy poo?

Sounds like intestinal worms or internal flagellates. I would start soaking their food with API General Cure. There is a recipe found here: https://humble.fish/internal-issues/

Thank you. They only had it for the one day after the water change. Since then I haven't seen anymore issues with the white stringy poo.

To be clear, both fish are swimming fine, eating fine, and do not show any signs of distress or losing weight. They both seem perfectly normal now.

Should I still treat them if I only saw the issue for the one day?

I would probably wait to see it again before beginning treatment.

White stringy poo can also mean intestinal irritation, which is usually caused by worms/parasites feeding on the intestines.

I did some more research on it and I think I'll go ahead and order the medicine in and start treating them. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thank you for the guidance.

I used PraziPro on a pair of clowns and had stringy white poop after treatment. API General Cure mixed with food did the trick.

2 more days and I'll be done with the General Cure treatment. Saw some flashing going on yesterday afternoon which has me concerned that one of them might still have gill flukes even after 2 full doses of Prazipro.
