clownfish always hungry

i have two clown fish in a small 10 gallon nano. At first, the two would not eat, but now after about a month, they seem to ALWAYS be hungry. They just swim slowly against the power head, but once they see me they literally go crazy (to the point, I feel like they will jump out of the water). They have no fear. They will swim to the tongs, the net, my hand, anything. I feed them live brine shrimp, fish flakes, and marine S.

So here are my questions:

1. How much should I feed them (I feed them 2 times a day, but they are still hungry)

2. one has a torn fin (it was like that from the pet store). will it get better? He seems to swim fine even with a torn fin.

Thanks

They will eat constantly, twice a day is enough. Mine will eat until they pop literally...

Fin should heal in time, keep them fed well with the variety and they will do fine.

Hth, you seem to be on right track
