Clownfish/Anemone Video

Ok, I realize that I'm probably the only that's really excited about this, but thought I would share. My clownfish started pairing up with my RBTA today for the first time ever. The clownfish were my very first addition to the tank so they've been in there for a little over 1 1/2 years. I got the RBTA a short time ago(2-3 months I think) in a trade with Doris(thanks Doris). Anyway, I shot a short video of some of the action, so here it is: Enjoy!

Ryan I was thrilled when my male clown took up with my RBTA too and then the female took to running the male off and spending her time with the RBTA. Now the poor RBTA won't come out from behind the rocks because the clowns do not give it one minute of peace. It has been over a month since it moved from behind the rock closest to the back glass of the tank. The clowns hover over that rock like two vultures. I can see the RBTA if I stand just right and know where to look otherwise I would not know I had it in the tank...maybe your clowns won't be so agressive....

Next time though, I recommend some stirring ambient music, like the Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau!

Thanks for the comments. They are kinda in and out of it, not really hosting it yet I think, but maybe they will. At least they are showing some interest.

Nice vid and always a fun thing to see.

My female maroon went right for the GBTA and was awesome to watch but she was very rough with it. The GBTA died about 3 weeks later.

The clowns seem to be back to ignoring the RBTA again now. Guess they can't make up their minds.

Ryan, the RBTA really looks nice. Maybe it will split soon and you will have one for each clown. My clowns each have their own and they love not having to share.

Thanks! I've been wondering whether or not it would split. Not sure that I want another one, but I guess the clowns would really like it.
