Clownfish Behavior Question

Its been about a week since I brought my first Clownfish home. Its a false percula clownfish...

Ever since I released it into the tank, it likes to swim around a really fast speeds... swim into the current produced by the powerhead... or just random directions. I did notice that it likes to follow along the glass (rectangular shape aquarium, no bow front). Is it normal for the fish to dart around? It eats everything I throw in there... and I feed it about once or twice a day.

Does it follow along the glass because it thinks there is another clownfish due to its own reflection? Needs to be paired up?

My clown did this too. Once I got it a mate, it slowed down on doing this. They still do it, but not as much. I think they just like to swim in the current sometimes.
