I have a couple of things for sale as I need to move my current tank.
Black Onyx clownfish bonded pair - $140
Blood red fire shrimp - $20
x2 Emerald crabs - $4 each
FREE Hermit crabs
FREE Chaeto/Caulerpa

I also have some fish that I need a temporary home for. If anyone has some place to hold them temporarily (about three - four weeks) I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I will sell them for the following price.

African yellow midas blenny - $40
Blue green chromis - $2
Blue Velvet damsel - $2

I would love the hermits and one of the emeralds. I would take both but do you think they would be too much for a 20g? LMK!
Thanks!

The emeralds are still pretty small...

happy with what I got

The fire shrimp is very healthy and good size. The fishes are fat and healthy as well, and I'm very happy with my buy. The clowns (I did not buy clowns and still available) looked very beautiful. Awesome seller
Thanks

Hey Reeferplax, If you want me to hold your clowns and blenny then you can always drop it at my place, I have a separate tank for that. And you can pick them up later whenever you are ready to receive them. Let me know.

It also helps to know the lineage and where you purchased from, etc.

You want to know its lineage and family history. lol I guess people who deal with designer clowns take it very serious I guess

Let me ask you this. so let's say one says I bought it from SA, what does that tell you, or if one says I bought it from ORA
Does it mean one company is better than the other, if so how would you rate them ?
so confusing ...... and funny too

If you don't care if they show any signs of inbreeding or traits that are atypical (like a sever underbite) then you don't care where they come from. Sometimes it's hard to tell when they are small so knowing which breeder they come from will help determine if they have a high chance of being a good specimen or not.

Some breeders are very particular about not only the marking but also the shape of the fish.

Often you'll see Picassos with a flat head or enlarged gill plates that go for $50 then u see a perfect Doni Picaaso going for $200 or a Bali for even more sometimes.

It's the same for other pets. There are breeders that will breed anything and breeders that will only take their best stock for breeding stock n sell the rest with pricing that reflects how close to the archetype they come.
