Clownfish keep pooping

I'm treating my Clownfish with suspected internal bacteria or swimming bladder disorder

For the pass 2 days he keep pooping either is white or partial white with transparent and not eating during this period

Is this normal?

Can I consider it as a good sign as he is removing the bacteria inside his body?
