Clownfish might be sick

I have two false perculas and there mouths are starting to turn white. Does anyone know what this could be or what is causing it?

Are they rubbing there mouths on something like rocks or glass?

not that i have seen. One of them actually died last night.... i don't know what is going on. I have a cleaner shrimp in the tank and i checked my levels this morning... ph 8.2 and everything else at 0. I don't get it!
