Clownfish Not Eating, 4 Months Old

I have a Ocellaris Clownfish that I've had about 4 months, yesterday I noticed it wasn't interacting with the other Ocellaris Clownfish as usual. Today it didn't eat when fed and its hanging around one of the 90 gallon tanks corners (mid-level).
The Clownfish looks fine, no spots or torn/ragged fins. There are no other fish in the tank yet, only two cleaner shrimp and some snails.
I tested the water and Ammonia 0, Nitrates are 0, Nitrites are 0, PH about 7.8, Phosphates 0.00, water temperature is stable 77 to 78, salinity 1.025 with auto top off.
If the clownfish doesn't start eating in a day or two would a treatment with PraziPro be appropriate in a quarantine tank?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How many other clownfish do you have?
Is he the smallest of the group?
Is he not showing interest in the food or is he just too afraid to leave the corner?

In my experience every clownfish group will establish a hacking order and the smallest will perish over time until only a pair is left.

Not sure if it will solve your problem, but maybe using garlic xtreme to soak its food might entice it to eat. It has worked in the past for me if any of my fish weren't eating but this usually only happened when they were first introduced to the tank so I have never had a fish stop eating after being in the tank so I don't know for sure if garlic/ some kind of enticement is needed or like you said, if you need to qt him with treatment; however, if it was my clownfish I would try some kind of garlic extract to soak its food in a few times and go from there

Sometimes my male clown isn't interested in food. But usually he eats after a while. My female on the other hand is a pig and eats all the time.

Actually, it is the smaller female clownfish thats not eating. I'm using Kent garlic xtreme to soak the food in. I use New Era flakes, OSI Spirulina, New Life Spectrum small pellets & once a week I feed mysis shrimp to my only duncan coral, the clownfish get the left overs.

I have two clownfish, he/she just looked at the food today. The other clownfish doesn't seem to be harassing the other one.

The harassing doesn't have to be obvious.
They do blitz attacks you will only notice when you watch them for a while.

What is the size difference between them?

No, there pretty close in size (with-in 1/4 inch), I've noticed submissive shuttering from the smaller female from time to time. (I assume the smaller clownfish has become the female).

No, with clownfish it is reversed. All clownfish start as male and the biggest becomes the female.

Oh, I got that part wrong. Thanks for straightening me out on that. So, is it normal for the smaller male to shutter at the larger female?

At this point it's submissive behavior to stop aggression. If they become a pair it's part of the mating ritual.
But sometimes the stronger one doesn't accept it and attacks anyway and the weaker one has to flee. This might happen if they are nearly identical size.

What size are they?

ThRoewer, their about 2 inches & 1 3/4 inches. I've had them about 4 months.

Update:

Today the smaller clownfish is moving around the tank a little, he's still mostly hanging around one back corner of the tank. When the female comes near he shutters a bit and seems to interact with her.

The I haven't observed the female attack the smaller male, he shows no signs of wear and tear on his fins. I'll hold off feeding today, I'll do a 20% water change tomorrow.

I'll hold off quarantining the smaller male for now.

Today, the clownfish has started to eat again. He looks fine, still a little sheepish acting (hanging around rock formations a bit more than usual) but definitely moving all around the tank.
I'll do a water change a little later today.
