Clownfish (Oscellaris) Behavior.

I just purchased a pair of Oscellaris clownfish. I have a 58 gal tank.
When I first got them they seem to swim all over the tank.
I just have live rock and sand in the tank since it is fairly new. The tank is cycled.
Everything checks out:
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Phos. 0
Nitrates 10
P. H. 8.2
Salinity 1.023
Calcium and Alk. are good.
I am running a remora protein skimmer. Hang on filter.
3 Power heads. Seio M 620 Seio M 820 Powersweep 228
Plenty of circulation.
My question is:
Do Oscellaris clownfish normally swim at the top when they don't have something to host?
Is this their normal behavior?

I'd say its normal. Its really hard to say what's "normal" and what's not for a clown.. They are a strange / funny fish and they have many seemingly odd habits. I wouldn't worry about it.
