clownfish pair killing each other

I got a pair of black saddleback clowns about 2 months ago. Earlier this week, I notice 1 of them looked a little beat up on its tailfin. I havent been home all week, now today I am watching the tank, and 1 clown is attacking the other. He really looks beat up, and at this rate i dont know if we could make another day. What could be going on? Why would it turn on the mate?

the mean on is turning female, and the smaller one isent submitting yet...

that is, if they arent both females... they werent fighting before now?

they are young, dont think either was a female yet. Never acted like this before now
