Clownfish size

Does size matter?
What I mean is are the smaller clowns any harder to keep than the larger more mature ones?

Size matters in the way that they start as male, and change to female as they get older/bigger.
In most cases, as they get older/bigger, they can get more territorial.

Large mature fish and larger individuals are harder to work with if there is a problem. Under normal condition there is no real concern.
