clownfish turning black?

i was wondering why my tomato clown is turning like a really dark maroon almost black is it normal when they age? it used to be really bright orange. any kind of info would be great. thanks.

Yeah I thought an image search would have been quicker. Also, if you watch the video posted below you will see some tomatoes in the wild with the female being darker: about 38 seconds into the video.

ooh alright so the females are usualy darker then? that makes sence its about 2 and a half years old

all the red clowns I ahve had including maroons, tomatos and eppiphium have turned darker as the aged and transitioned to a female, the eppiphiums going the darkest, my LFS has a maroon female that is 6 inches and virtually black with dark grey stripes.
