Clownfish with internal parasite

I have a new pair of clownfish, true percs, in QT now for 10 days. Had a brief ammonia spike early on. Fish did well until a few days ago, the female stopped eating and now has stringy, white feces. I suspect an internal parasite.

Treatment options?
Metronidazole--- Usually has to be given with food, and the fish won't eat. I'm also worried about antibiotics knocking out my natural filtration.
Garlic?
Time?
