Hi All,
I bought two clowns about 3 weeks ago, within the first few days they both got ich , however that went away on it's own within a week. But then, within a few days of the ich being fought back, one of the two clowns started to develop a thin white-ish film on his body. It still ate well, and was active. so i figured I'd wait it out. Anyway, that was about two weeks ago, and it seems to be slowly getting worse. It still darts straight at the food when I feed, but now seems more picky about what it actually eats. The other clown is plump and happy with no signs of illness. From what I understand about "clownfish disease" i would have expected that the sick clown would have died long ago, so is that really what it is? or is there something else that causes a white film and is not quite so deadly?
Thanks,
-Al
