Not sure what is happening. One day I noticed my large female clownfish has her mouth permanently open. Not like normal. The male is fine. Sometimes open sometimes closed. It's almost like there is something stuck in three! Not sure but she also isn't eating and it's been a couple of weeks. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

not sure what it could be, maybe broken jaw? not sure if its treatable if it is.
how is it behaving other wise? is it at least trying to eat?

Do you have a frogspawn in your tank? I have known instances where clowns start hosting them and some have a jaw lock reaction from being stung by it.

Probably a dislocated jaw (lock-jaw). She will starve to death if she cant eat. Some people had success "unlocking" the jaws of calvus cichlids that are prone to that. But Idk how would it work on clown fish.
