I have a 100 gallon aquarium thats been set up for two years.

i have 4 clowns and now 2 of them have pale mouths that are deformed looking. They almost look like they have been broken.

This started about a week ago, and about a month ago i added a few new fish to the tank and just recently my cleaner shrim have been eaten by a crab "that i have now removed from the tank".

What can i do to help them and could this be fatal?

also they are still eating and acting normal.

Do you have anemone or corals like frogspawn or hammer?

If so, they might be sucking on the tentacles, thus causing their mouth to get swollen.

If so, it should be fine. The clowns will adept and recover.

+1 to the anemone if there is one. And it might be from Sanfords Grub and Pub too.

i did have an anemone in ther a week ago but it wasnt looking good so i removed it. I do have rock anemone that are small and have been in there for almost a year.

Nothing worng with Sanfords Grub and Pub, the one in Casper Wyoming is awesome!

I bet they are looking to host in the rock one and are getting stung.

Yeah.. I looked through your pictures. It does look cool!
