I've had a Seba anemone in the tank for a few weeks now attached to my rocks and never moved. But yesterday I noticed the clowns it hosts (ocellaris) were "nudging" it around the back side of its foot and looked like they were irritating it and looked like the foot was starting to detach.
Out of fear of it detaching and getting sucked into my powerheads I turned my powerheads all the way down. Woke up this morning to my anemone in the side of my mp40... doesn't look like it got too beat up but defiantly not happy. After a couple hours it finally detached from the wet side of the power head I moved to different part of tank and has reattached.
So I turned the power heads back on and the clowns went right back to it in a different part of the tank and started nudging the foot again....so atm power heads are off until I can figure out what to do.
Anyone ever seen this behavior?
