Bottom line guys... The vast majority of the extra barred A. percula that are commonly referred to as "picasso" or "jigsaw" are WC (wild caught) fish. They tend to get snapped up fast at the wholesalers by cherry pickers.
Even if a breeder (like ORA) gets a pair or even a few pairs breeding that are capable of producing extra barred offspring, the number of truly remarkable fish from each hatch is going to be low.
So the demand for these fish is likely to always out strip supply by orders of magnitude. If you really want some of these fish that are truly remarkable, my best advise is to work with a good LFS that employees cherry pickers. Get some example pictures of what you want and get them to the LFS/cherry picker, then be prepared to wait... and to pay a lot.
