Coco worm help

My coco worm is coming out of his shell less and less, and is looking smaller. Could this mean he is ill? Help.

Is the crown just curled up? try adding more flow to the opening. maybe it mostly comes out at night, try turning off your lights and see what happens.

I have had it for about 6 months now and it just seems smaller and doesnt stay out like it use to. I dont see it at all at night.

Sounds like it's starving. Try target feeding it phytoplankton. The food needs to be released BELOW the feather crown, not above. The filaments in the crown move water from the base up to the top so if you release the food from the side or the top the worm doesn't get any.
