coldwater seagrass keepers out there?

Anyone kept any temperate sea grasses before. I am building a coldwater oregon tidal system and was thinking of adding a seagrass refugium to the system for possible nutrient uptake. Kelps seem unrealistic, but seagrass appears to be quite managable from the websearches done so far.

I'm drawing a blank on his name right now, but one of the guys who has an amazing coldwater reef (I think with boxfish?) has a seagrass satellite tank. If you look in the Advanced forum, you might find the thread for the coldwater reef.
