Colouring up Macro

Is there a way to colour up Macro algae, specifically red algae?

The Profilera I have is the only macro that really stands out in terms of colour. The Green finger algae is very dark and the Red Gracilaria is also very, very dark which against Coraline is not noticeable really.

I have mostly blue T5's and water has the parameters of SPS requirements, slightly low alkalinity of 8.

You might try iron. That tends to color up my reds. SPS parameters could be too nutrient-poor for macros. When you feed your fish, you could simply add a little extra for your plants.
